Judgment

元亨。利贞。

In plain words

The Judgment names four qualities: beginning, flourishing, fitting and staying on the right course. When strength is steady and principled, a matter moves from its start toward a smooth course.

The image

Heaven above and heaven below: pure, firm strength that keeps moving, like the sky turning day after day without rest.

A hint for you

To get something done, first stand firmly yourself: be clear about the goal and keep acting. Remember that what is too rigid can snap, so leave yourself some room to adjust.
