Judgment

元亨。利涉大川。先甲三日,后甲三日。

In plain words

Great success; it favors crossing the great river. Consider carefully three days before and three days after the starting day: after decay comes repair, so understand the cause first and follow up on the results.

The image

Mountain above, wind below: wind blocked by the mountain can only swirl, and trouble builds up over time, like a vessel that has sat unused too long and gets infested.

A hint for you

With a long-standing problem, find the root cause before acting, and check afterward whether the fix worked. Setting right what has gone stale is also a fresh start.
