大过
Dà GuòUpper: Marsh · 兑 · Lower: Wind · 巽
Judgment栋桡,利有攸往,亨。
In plain wordsThe ridgepole sags; it favors having somewhere to go, and there is success. The core carries too much, which is an extraordinary time that calls for an extraordinary adjustment.
The imageLake above, wind below: water floods over the trees and the main beam in the middle bends under the load; the burden is far too heavy.
A hint for youWhen the pressure is too great, do not hold on until you snap. Find others to share the load or change your way of working, and stay steady and decisive when special measures are needed.
